Okay, I’m always seeing these infomercials about a colon cleanse. You know, the ones that say you’ll lose weight after you “cleanse” (unclog the pipes).. and then there’s the one with the guy who says his daughter’s poo was as long as his arm (which is supposed to be a normal poo). Has anyone else seen those? I can’t say I’m very interested in a colon cleanse myself because, well, I’m 26 (Whoops, I thought I was still 25) and have no problem in that department.

They are a little funny to watch though. Especially the arm’s-length poo guy. I mean, really, it was that long? And why was he examining his daughter’s toilet work anyway?

Anyway, I’m not saying that a colon cleanse is or isn’t a good idea. I’ve never had a problem so I’ve never tried one. Any of you know someone who’s had/done one?
