Working on weight loss
Monday, July 27, 2009. Posted at 1:01 pmYou might have noticed that I haven’t updated my workout “rewards” over to the left <—. I haven’t been doing any working out lately, for some reason. I seem to get really excited about a workout in the beginning but I get bored with it quick.
I’m trying a new program at the moment, and I can’t wait to see where it goes. It’s 20 minutes a day, three times a week for six weeks. Each day there’s a different workout and it’s different every weeks. Sounds like a winner to me. I’m even sort of excited to take a “before” picture to see if there’s a difference after the six weeks. The diet change will be the toughest part, but I think we’ll do a slight overhaul of our grocery shopping after the 1st (when we’ll probably go shopping next), and get the things we’ll need to make this work better.
I tried the first cardio workout today and - whew! – this program is definately going to kick my butt! That’s exactly what I need, though. I only made it halfway through the first workout before my knees started hurting. I plan to finish that one later.. when the Ibuprofen kicks in – lol.
(Because I’m doing a paid review, I’m not sure how much I’m allowed to say right now. If I get an okay on that, expect to hear a lot about it over the next six weeks, or more. My full review is due in 2-3 weeks.)
Speaking of weight loss, I’m still pretty curious about weight loss supplements that work. I mean, do they work? Is a “weight loss” supplement worth the money? I always read the instructions and warnings before I think much more about purchasing, and so far, I’ve not been brave enough to try any. What’s your experience with them?

What program are you trying? I tried that Jillian Michael’s one for free and thought it was pretty good. Not sure if I want to buy it though.
