Today was trick-or-treating for our tiny little town. I was looking forward to it, I even made some little goody bags with candy to hand out. Mark went to Columbus today to hang out at the OSU game, so nobody home to make sure I got out of bed. I hoped I’d get out of bed before 4, when trick-or-treating started, but I didn’t.. it was too warm in the bed and not warm enough in the house.. so I stayed in bed all day. Now I’m disappointed with myself. I always do things like that, and then I get mad at myself afterward.
I guess I’ll just have bags and little Halloween toys left again for next year. We’ll probably take the leftover candy with us to supper tomorrow. (I’ll make myself feel better when Mark and I go Halloween shopping after the 31st, when everything is marked down. We usually get more things for the next year, for a much better price)
Anyway, I came across this site today and thought it sounded like a pretty nifty tool. It’s a free web service that helps you manage your busy schedule. It’s geared toward busy families (which we’re not at this point – haha), so I figured I’d share.. for anyone who hasn’t heard of this website. Cozi lets you keep your family appointments, customizable lists (grocery, chores, etc.), family journal and reminders in one place. You can even use it on your cell phone, and sync your Cozi calendar with your Outlook calendar! If you’re usually making up your grocery lists online, filling in your e-calendar and blogging about your family, why not give Cozi a try? (Read more about Cozi’s feature here – or sign up, for FREE!)
